The 16 days set by the court for the trial of SRC International Sdn Bhd’s US$1.18 billion suit against Datuk Seri Najib Razak are from Feb 13 to 16, 20 to 23, and March 6 to 9, 13 to 16, next year.

Najib Razak claims the documents are relevant to his defence in trial involving misappropriation of RM2.3 billion funds from 1MDB funds has been rescheduled to May 10.

The Federal Court registrar's office said the report was lodged to enable investigations to be carried out under Section 223 of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998, Section 499 of the Penal Code and other relevant legal provisions. - Photo source: 123rf
