Sweet rice cake balls filled with molten palm sugar and coated with shredded coconut - simply irresistible!

Ingredients:

5 pandan leaves

1 cup water

2 cups glutinous rice flour

1 cup shredded coconut

1 teaspoon salt

Palm sugar

Instruction:

1.In the mixer, add pandan leaves and water. Blend until smooth and then strain.

2.In a bowl, add flour and mixture and mix it until it forms a dough. Take a small portion, flatten it and add a pinch of palm sugar in the middle. Then form a round shape.

3.Boil the pot, and add the palm sugar filled doughs.

4.Once it floats, take out the balls of dough and coat it with shredded coconut.

5.Ready to serve
