Almond Rocher is a delicious and easy to make nutty chocolate treat - it's definitely a crowd pleaser! Here's how to make it.

Ingredients:

250g slivered almonds

2 tablespoons caramel paste

150g compound milk chocolate

Instruction:

1. Preheat oven to 160 Celsius. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Pour the almonds onto the tray and bake for 15 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, melt the compound milk chocolate via a double boil method and add caramel paste.
