Penang Islamic College to go big on anti-corruption message within students, staff

GEORGETOWN - The Penang International Islamic College of Technology (KITAB) has expressed support for Rasuan Busters’ mission to eradicate corruption in the country.

KITAB Rector Dr Mohamad Abdul Hamid said the move will strengthen integrity as well as boost moral values ​​among the community.

KITAB, he added was ready to work with Rasuah Busters to create awareness of the dangers of corruption among students and staff. They would also the same value within their top management, including the board members.

"It's our priority to im[lement good governance to ensure effective delivery to produce students that would become the pride of the community.

"The mission carried by Rasuah Busters must be supported by all levels of society to overcome the dangers of corruption would lead to the destruction of the nation if not curbed," he said.

He said this when met by Sinar Harian after receiving a visit from the #RasuahBusters convoy led by the Yayasan Sinar Untuk Malaysia Chief Executive Officer Nurhayati Nordin, here, recently.

Commenting further, Mohamad Abdul said his party agreed with the 'Mak Kata Jangan' campaign brought by Rasuah Busters which will definitely have a profound impact on the community, as a way to remember the wisdom of mothers imparted to their children.
