Zahid's daughter campaigns for dad to capture youth's vote

BAGAN DATUK - Umno president Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi has an "extra tonic” for the 15th General Election (GE15) campaign, which is his daughter Datuk Nurulhidayah who was also seen campaigning.

Referring to herself as "Kak Long”, Nurulhidayah said she wanted voters to fulfil their responsibilities and retain BN’s victory in the Bagan Datuk parliamentary constituency.

"I want my brothers and sisters, the young voters to vote for BN to maintain the stability of the country. I am not asking for any payment, just go out and and vote, one vote for BN,” she said.

Nurulhidayah was attending an event with the youths in the Rungkup State Legislative Assembly at the Sungai Nipah Baroh community hall, here.

In GE15, Zahid will face PH’s Datuk Seri Shamsul Iskandar Mohd Akin and PN’s Nik Muhammad Faiz Na'aman.

Mohamed Tawfik Tun Dr Ismail who was also former Benut MP will also be contesting under the Independent ticket.
