KUALA LUMPUR: Former Finance Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Aziz has failed to capture the Kuala Selangor seat, in his maiden general election.
As of 11.42pm, the seat was won by Pakatan Harapan Datuk Seri Dzulkelfly Ahmad with 31,033 votes.
