SHAH ALAM - "Building ME: Crafting your essentials”, a workshop aimed at empowering Muslim women by focusing on the wellbeing of their mental health will be held on Jan 14 (Saturday).

The event will take place from 9am to 2pm at the Seven Skies International School in Denai Alam.

Focusing on the wellbeing of mental health, the event will provide participants with a safe space to share their emotions, struggles, to be their natural self, to start building themselves and empower each other.

The intimate workshop sessions with Che Puan Sarimah Ibrahim, Dr Atiyah Azmi, Ayesha Syahira and Nadrah Mustafa will guide participants to learn more about themselves and help them create their own toolboxes on managing their spiritual, mental, physical, emotional and social struggles.
