Loke says Najib pardon application is not under the government
PUTRAJAYA - The Cabinet did not discss on royal pardon of former Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak, said Transport Minister Anthony Loke.
He said the issue was not under the government.
"We have to differentiate because Umno’s stance as a political party and the duties of the government.
"To be fair to Umno ministers, this issue was not raised during the Cabinet meeting," he said at a press conference on Monday.
