KULAI - DAP respects Umno Youth's decision to not invite other parties in the federal government coalition to its assembly which will be held next week.

DAP national publicity secretary Teo Nie Ching said each wing of the party has different opinions, approaches, and methods that need to be understood by every party in the Unity Government coalition.

"Whatever decision that Umno takes, whether it is the Youth, Puteri, or Wanita wing, we accept it with an open heart and respect their decision. That is Umno's right.

"If we get an invitation, then we say thank you. We will not be disheartened if we don't receive any invitation because that is their right as the organiser, and there may be certain factors influencing their decision," she said.
