SHAH ALAM - Politicians are urged to avoid unfavourable activities that can bring down their reputation especially scandals and crimes, as they were entrusted by the people to lead

Community activist Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye said this following a statement by Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail in the Dewan Rakyat on Thursday which revealed that there is a 'political patronage' protecting online gambling platform operators in the country.

Lee said that politicians need to maintain their reputation and set a good example in order to not lose the support of the people thanks to their 'greedy' endeavour.
