SHAH ALAM - Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) will take legal action against all former Members of Parliament (MPs) and assemblymen who left the party in the Sheraton Move which led to the collapse of Pakatan Harapan (PH) government in February 2020.

Its lawyer William Leong Jee Keen said that the action was taken following Kuala Lumpur High Court decision on Friday which ordered former PKR vice president Datuk Zuraida Kamaruddin to pay RM10 million for breaching the bond binding her to the party.

Therefore, William said that PKR would continue the legal action against all former MPs and assemblymen who left the party during the Sheraton move.

"However, I have to review the facts regarding the list and the actual number of former PKR representatives with PKR secretary-general Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail because he was the one who submitted the suit previously," he told Sinar Premium.
