SHAH ALAM - As the political landscape undergoes changes with different political parties joining hands to run the country, MCA says its core strength remains in providing genuine grassroots service provider to the people.

MCA Vice President Datuk Seri Ti Lian Ker said the party continues to build friendships and treat all individuals equally, regardless of their party affiliation.

"We refute any notion of being enemies with DAP and we highlight our inclusive approach to serve without discrimination based on party membership," Ti said this during Sinar Daily's Politically Frank.

However, Ti pointed out that the unity government formed by DAP might be overlooking unfulfilled promises to the Chinese.

"While discussing the needs of the Chinese community, DAP may accuse me of being racist. However, ignoring these issues won't solve the problem or meet the expectations of DAP's 98 per cent of supporters, who have been radicalised," Ti said.

” So now if I start talking about what the Chinese want, what has DAP done? Where are the promises about to the Chinese? They will say that I am racist," he said.

He further said MCA's focus remains on providing ground service to the people, rather than engaging in political rhetoric and defamation of rival parties.
