KUALA LUMPUR - A masseuse was arrested for allegedly making a threatening Facebook post against Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim in a raid at Taman Desa Budiman, Bidong, Kedah yesterday.

Bukit Aman Criminal Investigation Department (JSJ) chief Datuk Seri Mohd Shuhaily Mohd Zain said a team of police officers from Kuala Muda Police Headquarters (IPD) had arrested a 41-year-old local man in a raid at 2.30pm.

"We received a report at 3.24pm on a threat via JoeJebatTajudin's Facebook account.

"As a result of the investigation, we had identified the suspect and arrested the man," he said in a press conference at the police headquarters, Bukit Aman today.

Shuhaily said the result of the review found that the suspect has three past criminal records involving narcotics offences.

"The suspect has been remanded for four days starting today until Thursday to assist the investigation carried out by Bukit Aman Criminal Investigation Unit (USJT)," he said.
