Malaysian NGOs congratulates Palestian movement “brave actions” and pray for success in liberating homeland

SHAH ALAM - Malaysian non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and Institutions have expressed support for Operation Al-Aqsa Flood by the Palestinian Resistance Movement, commending their efforts to address perceived injustices and calling for solidarity among Malaysians.

Malaysian NGOs and Institutions congratulate the launch of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood by the Palestinian Resistance Movement on Zionist installations and settlements in occupied Palestine.

"We congratulate the resistance movement for their brave actions and pray that they will be successful in their objectives to liberate their homeland.

"This operation is carried out in response to continuous crimes of apartheid and injustice committed by the Zionists against innocent Palestinians,” they said in a statement today.

The statement further pointed out that the Zionists are increasing their activities to desecrate the sanctity of the holy mosque masjid Al-Aqsa.

"Hence, we call on all Malaysians and the Malaysian government to express their solidarity and support for the actions of the Palestinian resistance movement to liberate their homeland,” they said.

Hamas launched Operation Al Aqsa Flood on Saturday and said its surprise, multifront attack was in response to the storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque and increased settler violence.

It said it fired rockets and captured many Israelis. In turn, the Israeli army initiated Operation Swords of Iron against Hamas in the Gaza Strip.

At least 232 Palestinians have been killed in the attacks, according to medical sources in Gaza, while Israeli authorities put the death toll of its citizens at 300.
