Sofyank creates heart-wrenching artwork to spread the truth about Palestine

Local digital content creator Mohamad Sofian Abdullah, 27, better known as Sofyank, has created heart-wrenching artwork as a means of spreading the truth about Palestine.

Through platform X, Sofyank, who is known for his talent in video editing, uploaded a 45-second video with a simple caption: 'We have the power to spread the truth; let's continue sharing what we know until the world is fully aware of what's happening.'

In this video, Sofyank is seen preparing several artworks that reveal how the media is manipulating information to conceal the truth about the Palestinian struggle.

"The power is in our hands to spread the truth. #WeStandWithPalestine,” the video's statement said.

This video has garnered 661,000 views, 27,000 retweets, and 20,000 thousand likes.

Earlier, on Oct 23, Sofyank criticised Israel's attempt to discredit Hamas leaders through edited images using artificial intelligence (AI) technology.

Also thorugh platform X, he stated that the edited effects were clearly detectable.

The edited and disseminated images depicted Hamas leaders in a luxurious setting while the Palestinian people were grappling with warfare.

"The facial textures are way off from what they should be; some even lost their noses. The cropping is not clean, and there are white strokes around the heads.

"Perhaps in the future, they can use original images. Nice try," he wrote.

The images were allegedly taken in 2014 but were re-edited.
