SHAH ALAM – Karangkraf is set to organise a large-scale community carnival that is expected to bring together people from all walks of life, especially in the Klang Valley, through its Karnival Siang Malam 2025 event.

The event, which will take place from July 25 to 27 will celebrate the convergence of diverse cultures, lifestyles and generations in a relaxed and inclusive setting.

In a statement, Karangkraf said the carnival is more than just an entertainment fest—it aims to build meaningful community bonds through active public participation.

"Karnival Siang Malam Karangkraf 2025 is not just an event, it's a movement to celebrate community, culture and creativity.

"Picture a place filled with laughter, where children’s eyes sparkle with excitement and community gathers not just for entertainment, but to connect with one another—that’s the spirit we want to bring to life through this carnival.

"At Karangkraf, we believe in the power of stories and this carnival is a new chapter written together with the most important people—families, youth, students and neighbours," it said.

The event will feature a wide array of activities including traditional performances, extreme sports like go-karting, student creativity showcases and local food offerings.

“Let’s create memories, build bridges and spread joy together," it added.

Karangkraf is set to host Karnival Siang Malam 2025, a massive community event happening over three consecutive days from July 25 at the Karangkraf headquarters in Seksyen 15, Shah Alam.

Karangkraf also announced that various platforms will be made available for school students to showcase their talents and creativity.

Activities also include competitions, rhythmic public speaking and the "Sekolahku Meriah" (My School is Lively) stage showcase.

Meanwhile, attractions like "Pasar Saloma" will not only serve as a marketplace but also as a hub for multicultural interaction through local cuisine and handmade crafts.

"This carnival is designed to bring together families, educators and communities in a fun, laid-back environment—supporting local entrepreneurs and school cooperatives with business opportunities as well as promoting healthy lifestyles and cultural appreciation.

"This carnival reflects our mission to build bridges through shared experiences. It is not merely an event, but a celebration of unity and the diversity of Malaysians," it said.

Karnival Siang Malam which will take place at Dataran Karangkraf, Seksyen 15, Shah Alam, will also offer visitors a chance to join lucky draw contests.
