What a weekend! The Sunset by NEON 2025 festival proved to be an unforgettable, high-energy spectacle, transforming Genting Highlands into a premier destination for electronic music lovers.
With a focus on quality over quantity, the event welcomed 18,000 festivalgoers over two days, ensuring a spacious and immersive experience for all.
A lineup for the ages
The festival's strength lay in its meticulously curated lineup, featuring a blend of local heroes and global superstars.
Seven international headliners, with six making their Sunset by NEON debut, took to the stage. Among the standout acts were techno legends and melodic maestros who delivered genre-defining performances.
- Adam Beyer: A true titan of techno, the veteran DJ proved why he's a headliner at festivals like Tomorrowland and Creamfields. His precision-engineered, euphoric set was a masterclass in rhythm and energy.
- Argy: The festival favourite returned for a second time, captivating the crowd with his hypnotic, genre-blurring beats. He cemented his reputation as one of the most valuable artists in house and techno.
- Massano: The melodic techno prodigy enchanted the audience with futuristic, high-concept visuals accompanying his chart-topping Afterlife and Drumcode anthems.
- KREAM: The Norwegian sibling duo brought their world-renowned LIQUID: LAB sound to the highlands, showcasing the melodic tech-house that has earned them over a billion streams.
- Korolova: The Ukrainian DJ delivered a unique, emotional and powerful storytelling set, demonstrating why she has garnered hundreds of millions of views and streams.

Beyond the music, Sunset by NEON 2025 set a new standard for festival production in the region. The in-house design, paired with expertise from European partners, resulted in a show that was both an artistic and technical marvel.
