SEREMBAN - The Negeri Sembilan Islamic Religious Affairs Department (JHEAINS) will conduct a Rehabilitation Programme for former members of Negeri Sembilan GISB Holdings (GISBH) comprising 33 registered heads of household and family members.
Its director, Mohd Asri Abdullah, said the programme will run every Saturday and Sunday from Oct 11 this year until March 2026.
"Participants will attend religious classes focusing on aspects of faith and worship to ensure their practices align with the teachings of the Ahli Sunnah Wal Jamaah.
"The programme will be conducted in four phases: induction, rehabilitation, reinforcement, and support services," he said in a statement here today.
Mohd Asri said JHEAINS is collaborating with the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (Jakim), State National Security Council, State Social Welfare Department, and the Royal Malaysia Police to ensure the programme's success.
He added that a briefing session was held last Saturday for former members, attended by 69 adults (aged 18 and above) and 79 children and teenagers (aged 4 to 17). - BERNAMA
