The new industrial park carries an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM2.95 billion and will be strategically linked to major transport routes, including the proposed Nilai-Labu Expressway, the PLUS Highway and key logistics hubs such as Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), Port Klang and Nilai.

According to a joint statement, the project is expected to attract local and international investments, create high-value employment opportunities and drive Negeri Sembilan’s sustainable economic development.

MVV 2.0, launched in December 2018, spans approximately 380,000 acres across Seremban and Port Dickson.

It was established to complement the growth of Greater Kuala Lumpur through six development parcels (A–F).

Under the partnership, EcoWorld holds a 55 per cent stake in EBP7, while SD Guthrie Land Ventures Sdn Bhd (SDGLV), a wholly owned subsidiary of SD Guthrie, owns 30 per cent and NS Corp holds the remaining 15 per cent.

The three organisations had signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Dec 18, 2024 to form EBP7. A Shareholders Agreement followed on May 20, conditional on the SPA’s completion.
