SHAH ALAM - A special meeting between Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin and all Bersatu Members of Parliament is expected to be held soon.
An internal party source confirmed that the gathering will take place, although no official notice has been issued and the agenda remains undisclosed.
“I can confirm that Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin will meet with Bersatu MPs. I do not want to comment further; otherwise the story will become too long,” the source said when contacted by Sinar on Friday.
An earlier invitation letter had informed recipients that the former prime minister would hold a special meeting with all Bersatu MPs on Tuesday and asked them to confirm their attendance before Saturday.
The meeting is set to begin at 8pm at Muhyiddin’s residence.
When asked about the expected turnout, the source said they had no information on who would be attending.
“No. As for who will be attending, I do not know,” the source added.
