JOHOR BAHRU – Tunku Mahkota Ismail signalled that a major development is on the horizon for Johor’s sporting scene, hinting at a significant turning point that is set to unfold in the months ahead.
The Johor Regent, who is also known as TMJ, had suggested that something important was taking shape through a message shared on his social media platforms.
He said the development would mark a crucial shift, particularly in the coming months.
“Three world champions. Real men, men with principles and values. Starting today, many things will change, especially in the coming months. When progress meets greatness. This is destiny, Alhamdulillah,” he said on Tuesday.
He also uploaded a photograph featuring former UFC world champion Khabib Nurmagomedov, former New Zealand rugby star turned boxer Sonny Bill Williamsband former MMA champion Soa ‘The Hulk’ Palelei from Australia.
However, he did not provide details on the changes he was alluding to.
