KUALA LUMPUR - The indecent activities of two men were uncovered after they were arrested inside a car along Jalan Taman Intan Baiduri here last Friday.
Sentul district police chief Assistant Commissioner Ahmad Sukarno Mohd Zahari said the arrest was made during a crime prevention patrol in the Sri Murni Zone.
“Police officers conducting patrols at about 2am spotted a Proton X50 in suspicious circumstances.
“Further inspection found two men inside the vehicle engaging in oral sex and behaving indecently,” he said in a statement on Monday.
He said further checks inside the vehicle led to the discovery of a white tissue believed to contain bodily fluid on the floor of the rear passenger seat.
“Checks on both suspects found that they have no prior criminal records.
“As such, both men were arrested and brought to the Jinjang police station for further action,” he said.
According to him, initial investigations found that one suspect, aged 29 and working as a phone salesman, admitted to performing oral sex on his friend, aged 24, who works as a supermarket sales assistant.
“Both suspects have been remanded for three days from Jan 30 to Feb 1 to assist investigations.
“The case is being investigated under Section 377A of the Penal Code,” he said.
