MOSCOW - The world's largest freight carrier, Maersk, announced on Sunday an indefinite suspension of operations via the Strait of Hormuz amid regional fighting, reported Sputnik/RIA Novosti.
"We are suspending all vessel crossings in the Strait of Hormuz until further notice," the Danish company said on its website.
On Saturday, the United States and Israel launched strikes at Iran, causing damage and civilian casualties, including in Tehran.
