SHAH ALAM - Telecommunications provider redONE Mobile reinforced its position as a community-driven telco by rewarding its nationwide partner network with more than RM1.3 million in incentives during its largest annual appreciation event, Star Nite 2026.
Held at the Genting International Convention Centre, the event brought together more than 1,400 top-performing sales partners from across Malaysia to celebrate achievements and entrepreneurial growth within the company’s partner ecosystem.
The event was officiated by Entrepreneur and Cooperatives Development Minister Steven Sim, highlighting the role of entrepreneurship and partnership networks in driving economic opportunities.
During the ceremony, nearly RM400,000 in cash incentives were presented to 44 outstanding partners across 10 categories under the 2025 Nationwide Top Partners Award.
The recognition programme was further enhanced through the 2025 Bonanza and Premier Bonanza rewards, worth close to RM800,000. These prizes included e-wallet credits, gold bars and vehicles, with the top prize being a BYD Sealion 7.
Additional lucky draw prizes and rewards valued at nearly RM150,000 were also distributed during the event, reflecting the company’s performance-driven culture and its focus on building sustainable income opportunities for its partners.
Beyond recognising top performers, redONE Mobile also announced new strategic collaborations aimed at expanding its community ecosystem.
For the 2025/2026 season, the company entered partnerships with Kelantan FC, known as The Real Warriors and the Malaysia Esports Federation. The initiatives aim to support grassroots sports development while nurturing emerging talent in both traditional and digital sporting arenas.
At the same time, redONE Mobile is expanding its digital ecosystem through collaborations led by its sister company redON digital.
These partnerships include engagements with MediaQuiz International Culture Company Limited, Kaspersky Malaysia, Terra Nova International Malaysia and Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
Collectively, the initiatives are aimed at enhancing digital capabilities across areas such as content development, cybersecurity solutions and broader business collaboration opportunities.
redONE Mobile group chief executive officer Farid Yunus said the company’s partner network remains the driving force behind its continued growth.
"The strength of our partner community is at the heart of everything we do. Every milestone we achieve is built on their trust, commitment and entrepreneurial spirit.
"As a community telco that goes beyond connectivity, we are committed to creating a network that not only rewards performance, but also empowers our partners to explore new opportunities across digital solutions, sports, talent development and other initiatives.
"In 2026, we remain focused on expanding these initiatives, enhancing digital capabilities and creating meaningful opportunities that drive sustainable growth for our partners and the communities they serve," he said.
redONE Mobile continues to invite new partners and members of the public to join its growing network nationwide, including opportunities to become sales advisors as the company expands its community-based telecommunications ecosystem.
