JAKARTA - Indonesia on Tuesday announced fuel rationing and ordered civil servants to work from home one day a week, as it seeks to conserve energy stocks amid global price hikes due to the Middle East war.
"The government will regulate (fuel) purchases... with a reasonable limit of 50 litres per vehicle" per day, Coordinating Economic Minister Airlangga Hartarto said in a virtual press conference from Seoul.
He added that civil servants will work from home every Friday. - AFP
