The move comes as more individuals and couples balance fertility decisions with factors such as career, timing and relocation, driving demand for flexible and continuous care models.

SHAH ALAM - Ever-Link Fertility Centre has officially been rebranded as GenPrime Everlink, marking its integration into the global GenPrime network and reinforcing its role in Malaysia’s fertility and women’s health sector.

The rebrand signals a shift towards more connected care for patients, allowing treatment and support to continue across different stages, timelines and even locations. Patients may now access coordinated care across GenPrime clinics in Singapore, Bangkok, Manila and Los Angeles.

The move comes as more individuals and couples balance fertility decisions with factors such as career, timing and relocation, driving demand for flexible and continuous care models.

Established in 2019, the centre has built a strong foundation in fertility care. As part of the GenPrime network, it now combines local expertise with broader clinical and scientific capabilities across multiple markets.

GenPrime Everlink offers services including fertility screening, egg freezing, genetic testing and treatment for conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, fibroids and male infertility, in addition to procedures like IVF and ICSI.

The centre operates as a full-service IVF facility, with consultations, diagnostics, laboratory work and procedures conducted within the clinic to reduce the need for multiple appointments at different locations.

GenPrime chief executive officer Margarent Wang said the rebrand reflects the company's wide network and support patients across their journey.

“Fertility care today is not just about access to treatment, but about having the right support at each stage of the journey.

"As more individuals navigate care across different timelines and locations, it becomes increasingly important to provide a model that supports them consistently, wherever they are," she said.

Meanwhile, Medical Director Dr Mathi Arasu said treatment approaches are tailored to individual patient needs, supported by shared expertise across the network.

“From a clinical perspective, care is shaped by each patient’s individual needs. No two fertility journeys are the same and treatment decisions are guided by their medical history, profile and goals.

"With access to shared clinical insights across the network, we are able to take a more considered approach to treatment planning for each individual. Ultimately, our focus is to support patients with clarity and confidence at each step,” he said.

As part of the GenPrime network, the centre also supports patients seeking care across multiple locations, offering services such as travel coordination, multilingual support and access to nearby transport hubs and accommodation.

Malaysia Healthcare Travel Council (MHTC) vice president of healthcare Dr Sharifa Shahreen Syed Sultan Ahmed said the development aligns with Malaysia’s growing role as a regional healthcare hub.

“In line with Malaysia’s growing position as a trusted destination for healthcare and medical travel and in support of Malaysia Year of Medical Tourism 2026 (MYMT2026), specialised areas such as fertility and reproductive medicine are becoming increasingly important.

"GenPrime Everlink reflects this evolution, where clinical expertise is complemented by a more holistic and patient centred approach to care. This aligns with the direction of Malaysia’s healthcare ecosystem, in line with MYMT2026’s emphasis on Healing Meets Hospitality,” she said.

The official launch was attended by key stakeholders, including Malaysia Tourism Promotion Board chairman Datuk Manoharan Periasamy.
