Police from Pathum Wan Police Station who arrived at the scene found the vehicle partially submerged, with its front section damaged and three of its doors open.

The 29-year-old driver, identified as Chin, sustained injuries and was taken to Charoenkrung Pracharak Hospital for treatment.

However, his condition has not been disclosed and authorities are still investigating whether there were other passengers in the vehicle at the time of the incident.

According to local media reports, Chin had reportedly argued with his mother over condominium rental payments.

He was said to have asked his mother to help cover the costs, but she refused.

Following the dispute, Chin allegedly drove to the university area before heading towards the pool.

A security guard reportedly tried to stop him, but the man is believed to have accelerated his vehicle before crashing through the barrier and into the pool.

Police said investigations are ongoing to determine the exact motive behind the incident and to gather further details.
