SHAH ALAM – Wan Izzana Fatimah Zabedah, the youngest daughter of former Umno Wanita chief Tan Sri Shahrizat Abdul Jalil, married the love of her life, Adam Radlan Adam Muhammad on Sunday.
With a single pronouncement, Izzana was officially married to Adam in a solemnisation ceremony, with her father, Datuk Seri Dr Mohamad Salleh Ismail, as her wali (marriage guardian).
The couple were married with a diamond necklace presented as the "mas kahwin."
The ceremony, themed "The Enchanted Forest", took place in a romantic setting, with both the bride and groom dressed in white.
Izzana looked elegant in a RI Haute Couture ensemble, complemented by makeup by Khir Khalid.
The ceremony was also attended by Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, former defence minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein and Melaka Chief Minister Datuk Seri Ab Rauf Yusoh, together with their respective spouses.
In a social media post, Shahrizat expressed her gratitude while praying for her family to always receive Allah’s blessings, protection and mercy.
She also expressed her appreciation to fashion designers Datuk Rizalman Ibrahim and Faizul Surani, as well as their respective teams, for helping to realise Izzana and Adam’s dream for their wedding ceremony.
