SHAH ALAM – At the risk of being called a clown due to his antics in the Dewan Rakyat, Khalid Samad will never back down from calling out the “obvious” mistakes of the government.

The three-term Shah Alam MP and a former federal minister have made his specialty in rousing heated responses from his political opponents.

However, he had made clear that he stands apart from the likes of Baling MP Datuk Seri Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim and Pasir Salak MP Datuk Seri Tajuddin Abdul Rahman, who he argued are the real “clowns” in parliament.

When asked whether he would get in a boxing ring with Tajuddin however, Khalid stressed that their differences are only ideological but necessary for him to stand his ground on matters of ethics and principles.
