In this first episode of Fireside Chat, Sinar Daily sat down with Shah Alam MP for his take on Malaysia's tumultuous political environment.

Khalid recalled events leading up to the fall of the Pakatan Harapan (PH) administration and who is partly to blame for the infamous Sheraton Move.

The three-term Shah Alam MP also ponder on why then Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad had resigned and whether it was wholly justified.

A former member of Pas, Khalid also expressed his views on his former party and why the once formidable Islamist party pales in comparison to Amanah, when it comes to combating corruption.
