The actress and singer who have been married for three years, shared the happy news on their Instagram page.
"We are overjoyed to confirm that we have welcomed a baby via surrogate. We respectfully ask for privacy during this special time as we focus on our family,” they wrote.
It is not known whether they welcomed a baby boy or girl.
Chopra, 39 and Jonas, 29 tied the knot in India, making headlines with their extravagant three-day celebration.
The couple met in 2017 and got romantically involved in 2018, getting engaged just four months after dating.
