Journey to Shanghai at Sheraton hotel this CNYBY Rynnaas Azlan
In collaboration with China’s first ever craft gin, Peddler’s Gin, Sheraton hotel eateries Yue and Feast will take you on a journey to Shanghai this Chinese New Year.
The set menu will feature authentic Shanghai cuisine such as braised Shanghai baked tofu with peanut and marinated fish and wok-fried baby river shrimp with sweet soya sauce.
"We find many similarities between the Chinese botanicals used in Peddler's Gin and our food ingredients, which captures a nostalgic yet unique taste," said Lim Huang Hock, Chinese cuisine chef of Yue.
For corporate appreciation dinners and family get-togethers, check out Yue's "Huat" celebratory reunion meals which are available at RM188+ and RM218+ per person.
Guests can also look forward to ‘feasting’ at Feast, where a bountiful Chinese New Year-themed buffet awaits.
Savour festive favourites such as dried oysters and deep fried glutinous rice cake alongside authentic Shanghainese dishes such as black moss with dried oysters and greens, Shanghai noodle soup, Chinese yam with blueberry sauce, soya braised Shanghai tofu and marinated fish.
