Pas Leaks: Umno sees it as an attempt to take Umno down

PONTIAN - Umno takes the Pas Leaks document seriously, despite others thinking its an insignificant records that is merely labelled as "garbage".

Umno secretary-general Datuk Seri Ahmad Maslan said Pas Leaks was seen as a silent attempt to cripple Umno and Barisan Nasional (BN) from winning the 15th General Election (GE15).

“Do not take the plans of the opponents lightly because they have the intention to regain control of Putrajaya after GE15.

"Although Pas Leaks is considered a small issue for some parties, but not for Umno as we see it as a challenge for the top leadership and 3.3 million party members," he said at a sweet porridge cooking programme at the Kampung Parit Keroma Polling District Center (PDM) here on Saturday.

Prior to this, several documents claiming top be one be Pas minutes of meetings which had a plan to bring Umno and BN down had been circulated.
