Walking us through the ground floor setup complete with a lounge setting, he explained that there will be a lift installed to bring customers to the upper floor where there will be an e-commerce centre.

Any issues related to jewellery purchased online via its website or Shopee, Zalora, such as an exchange in ring size may be done at this e-commerce centre.

“This will be an omnichannel shop. It’s big and convenient for customers shop leisurely where they can sit and relax while shopping for jewellery.

There was also hints of a museum set up in the showroom, however further details have yet to be revealed.

“We are very proud of the Malaysian heritage. Whenever possible, we’ll promote the Malaysian culture through our collections,” said the group executive chairman.
