To mark the celebration, Ipoh Mayor, Datuk Rumaizi Baharin said various facilities and activities were also arranged in conjunction with the celebration, including the use of Tuaku Zara Aquatic Center for free, and free boat tickets at Gunung Lang Recreation Park, among others.
He added the city council will also be organising Ipoh Car Free Night and Family Picnic Night, coloring and fishing competition, Ipoh City Fun and Beautification Competition.
