SHAH ALAM - Malaysia recorded 2,430 new Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours, according to data published by the Health of Ministry (MoH).

There were another six deaths due to Covid-19 with zero brought-in-dead (BID) cases.

This brings the death toll rate to 35,653 since the pandemic began.

Currently, there are 25,172 active cases with 24,053 (95.6 percent) undergoing home quarantine.

The health ministry also recorded 2,192 recoveries yesterday.

To date, Malaysia has recorded 4,497,212 Covid-19 cases since the pandemic began.
