'Touchless' coffee system for a meaningful coffee experience

Nespresso Professional unveiled a "touchless" coffee system designed for a meaningful coffee experience, the Nespresso Momento Coffee.

Designed to deliver authentic and high quality coffee experiences that bring people together, it aims for people especially in the office and hotel environments to create bonds over a cup of tea.

Coming along to complete the coffee machine is the Peru Organic, the first certified organic coffee in the Professional Origins coffee range which already includes three distinctive coffees sourced exclusively from Brazil, Guatemala and India.

Nespresso Malaysia business executive officer Floriane Novello said Nespresso Momento coffee is a great alternative for people today to build connections in professional settings.

“Today’s working world is changing rapidly with the new SOPs adhered from working remotely to other hybrid working concepts, and it makes human interaction even more valuable as we all know that face-to-face discussions can trigger great team bonding and creativity – often over a cup of coffee.

With sleek and modern design, the Nespresso Momento Coffee comes with "touchless" features, including a remote-control solution, automatic brewing and a lock-screen option.

One of its best features is the remote-control solution, enabling the users to operate the machine using their mobile phones.

The coffee machine also made automatic brewing possible as it is equipped with a capsule recognition feature.

It can recognise capsules inserted and brew the coffee according to predefined cup size, along with a lock-screen option for easy disinfection.

In addition, the Nespresso Momento system is perfect to be placed in smaller meeting, conference rooms or open spaces due to the system that reduces its sound as it works, making it the quietest machine in the range.

Nespresso Professional also committed themselves to sustainability efforts as this is the core for the coffee machine's design.

Long-lasting components and easily repairable or changeable elements, along with recyclable packaging and settings to preserve both water and energy, have been infused into the Nespresso Momento coffee machine to minimise the environmental impact and reach Nespresso's ambition to achieve carbon neutrality by 2022.
