Khairy said he had never received any funds, and said he was willing to assist the authorities in any investigation on the matter.
"I have never received anything (funds) personally like what was stated, if I am called in I will give full cooperation," he said during the press conference after officiating the Conference of Hospital Directors for the Ministry of Health (MOH) here, today.
On June 13, former Director of Ultra Kirana Sdn Bhd (UKSB) Wan Quoris Shah Wan Abdul Ghani told Kuala Lumpur High Court that his company had given money between RM50,000 to Rm200,000 to Khairy.
Wan Quoris had further said at the trial that the money was to aid in natural disasters and humanitarian activities and was not directly given to Khairy, and it was given through Khairy's Umno Rembau Branch. Chief.
On May 20, Khairy was reported among the high-profile individuals to receive UKSB funds.
Others implicated at the trial include former prime minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, former foreign minister Datuk Seri Anifah Aman, Warisan president Datuk Seri Shafie Apdal, defence minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein and housing and local government minister Datuk Seri Reezal Merican Naina Merican.
Muhyiddin and Anifah have denied receiving any money from UKSB.
