SHAH ALAM - Malaysia recorded 2,527 Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours, according to data published by the Health of Ministry (MoH).

Malaysia's daily case numbers remain above 2,500 for the third day since June 30 with 2,867 Covid-19 cases.

No deaths were reported. bringing the death toll to 35,771 since the pandemic began.

Currently, there are 30,385 active cases with 28,701 (94.5 percent) undergoing home quarantine.

The health ministry also recorded 2,359 recoveries yesterday.

To date, Malaysia has recorded 4,571,355 Covid-19 cases since the pandemic began.
