M'sia records 4,503 new Covid-19 cases, 10 deaths

SHAH ALAM - Today, the nation records 4,503 new Covid-19 cases accumulating a total number of 4,626,332 local cases since the start of the pandemic.

Of the 4,503 new infections, six were imported cases.

Unfortunately, 10 deaths were reported with 4 brought in dead cases, with an overall of 35,942 Covid-19 deaths throughout Malaysia.

Also important to note that 3,847 new recoveries were recorded, bringing the number of total recovered Covid-19 cases to 4,581,365.

As of now, 96.6 per cent of patients were home-quarantined, while 1,505 hospitalised patients and 30 patients required ventilation support.
