'Well done' Zahid praises social media team for quick rebuttal against LCS fiasco

“This time, BN was fast to respond against issues brought up against us like the LCS issue because our social media team was fast to give their response.
"Well done!,” he said at the 2022 BN Wanita Convention at Putra World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur today.

In the speculation on the commencement of the 15th General Election (GE), he said it is possible and even preferred for it to happen this year.
“If there is any party who were to ‘pull the plug’ then they should just pull the plug now, don’t have to wait later because the longer we wait, the more made-up issues will be raised against us,” he said.
According to him, the time delayed to wait for the next GE will be an opportunity for the opposition to raise more ‘made-up’ issues against BN.
He also said the delays can create a culture of hate and will cause people to have a negative perception of BN.
“There will be more ‘last-minute’ issues (rumours) after this,
“Thus, our social media team must be quick and ready to anticipate any issues. The opposition used these weapons to kill Umno and BN,” he said.
He said all these communication noises would cause voters to be confused and frustrated in believing which information is the truth.
