ISWAMI president Datuk Mokhtar Hussain in a statement said the association wished for the prosperity and further development of the republic and hoped that Malaysia-Indonesia relations would remain strong and harmonious.
He also expressed appreciation to the media practitioners from both countries who have worked closely together to promote the sharing of information and the exchange of journalists for common interests.
Media practitioners from the two countries have established strong bilateral relations through ISWAMI which was established in January 2007. - BERNAMA
