SERDANG - Looking back on livelihood and education, youths are the most affected groups during Covid-19 pandemic but Perikatan Nasional (PN) assures that it will help the youths.

Its Youth Deputy Chairman Wan Ahmad Fayhsal Wan Ahmad Kamal said PN would go all out to help the youths in terms of education and lives.

"Most of the graduated youths are not promised good careers and end up working in food delivery service and suffer from under-employment.

"Youths also face unreasonable job requirements where fresh graduates must have three working experience.

"So, we as a party should make them understand that PN has a solution for all the problems youths are facing today," he said to all the delegates who attended the PN Convention today.

Commenting further, Wan Fayhsal said PN would have succeeded in helping the youths if there were no betrayals from those who withdrew their support from Muhyiddin when he was the Prime Minister (PM).

"If it wasn't the traitors who withdrew their support from Abah (Muhyiddin), PN would have been able to solve the youths’ problem.

"Abah, when he was serving as the PM established two important programmes for youths in Malaysia which is Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET) programme and National Employment programme.

"This is PN's policy to help young people who are drowning in employment and education opportunities," he reasoned.

Therefore, Wan Fayhsal urged all component parties of PN to place at least 30 per cent of young candidates to show the young voters that their voice matters.

"We have a dream team and this is the team who will bring PN to Putrajaya after the 15th General Election," he said at the 2022 PN Convention and the 2nd PN Anniversary celebration at the Serdang Malaysia Agricultural Expo Park (MAEPS).
