Lucky prizes worth RM1.5 mil up for grabs

LBS Bina Group unveiled its LBS Fabulous Extra 2022-23 Campaign, giving away RM1.5 milion worth of lucky draw prizes such as cars, motorcycles, home appliances, entertainment systems.

For home tech enthusiasts, homebuyers may win 33 units of Sony 5.1 Cinema Home Soundbars, Panasonic 40” Televisions and a plethora of other amazing home electrical appliances.

Around 51 units of Decathlon Rockrider ST30 mountain bikes can also be won, a treat for fitness junkies.

To be eligible for the lucky draw, homebuyers would need to purchase LBS’participating properties with the price point of RM300,001 and above from now until Dec 31 2023.

The first phase of its two-phased campaign is currently ongoing across social media while its second phase commenced with a carnival style on-ground event which will be held throughout this month.

Executive Chairman Lim Hock San said, “It was rewarding for us to see the joy of all homebuyers when we handed them their prizes. So this round, we have doubled the amount of prizes to be given away.”

Homebuyers are not to miss these events as many other incentives will be provided such as low booking fees of RM200, exemption of legal fees, loyalty reward, flexible payment scheme, zero exit fees, and furniture package.
