KUALA LUMPUR - Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor has been found guilty of all three corruption charges involving the RM1.25 billion solar hybrid energy project for 369 Sarawak rural schools.
Judge Mohamed Zaini Mazlan made the decision after finding that the defence failed to raise a reasonable doubt against the prosecution.
In his judgement, Zaini said the accused’s defence was a bare denial.
“The accused is therefore found guilty of all three charges,” he said.
