Anwar, PKR leaders rap on corruption with Altimet

SHAH ALAM - Move aside fiery ceramahs.
PKR's political rap saw political leaders President Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and Selangor Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari singing and inspirig others to rap along to Altimet’s new song entitled ‘Aduh Malaysia’ which touches on corruption in the country.
This lively event was held at PKR’s ‘Rapat Mega Keadilan’ programme last night with PKR member and rapper Aktimet.
The lyrics touched on political crooks who abused their power and used tax payers money for their own benefit.
The lyrics that caught like house on fire within those attended were:
“Hoi hoi ya hoi those who supports the crooks,
“Hoi wake up to those who has long been daydreaming,
“All my money and your money, they took it all".
Simpang Renggam MP Dr Maszlee Malik posted the video of leaders singing and rapping along with Altimet in his Instagram post.
The post has gove viral as it touched on Datuk Seri Najib Razak who was sentence to prison after being convicted for 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) corruption scandal and Umno president Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi’s involvement in corruption charges.
