‘We should cooperate with Pas’ Umno man shares opinion of supreme council

The decision follows after a ‘courtesy visit’ Umno President Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi met Pas President Tan Sri Abdul Hadi Awang last week.
“We think the cooperation between Umno and Pas should be done for the benefit of all.
“The discussion between our president and council members held today will see the outcome of the discussion with Pas,” he told reporters after the Umno Supreme Council meeting at Dato Onn Tower, WTCKL, tonight.
Zahidi also hinted Parliament may be dissolved this year.
However, the exact date of the dissolution was not decided but are prepared if Parliament was dissolved.
“We hoped the party members will unite so the members cannot question the party,” he said.
He further added action will b taken against anyone breaking party rules.
