Isa Samad's appeal against corruption conviction for hearing on March 7, next year

PUTRAJAYA - The Court of Appeal has set March 7 next year to hear an appeal by former Felda chairman Tan Sri Mohd Isa Abdul Samad against his conviction and six-year imprisonment and fine for corruption in connection with the purchase of a hotel in Sarawak.

Deputy public prosecutor Afzainizam Abdul Aziz, when contacted, confirmed the hearing date.

He said the court also set Feb 21 for another case management and ordered both parties to submit their sub
