KUALA LUMPUR - Central Pas Working Committee meeting held today decides to continue to strengthen their relationship with Perikatan Nasional (PN) for the 15th General Election (GE15).

Pas President Tan Sri Abdul Hadi Awang said the party would maintain its stance not to dissolve the Kelantan, Terengganu and Kedah State Legislative Assembly (Dun).

He said the decision to continue with PN were based on the unification of ummah principle.

"Pas will finalise the discussion of state seats with PN.

"The list of candidates from states must be raised for the Syura Ulama Council for evaluation," he said after the meeting held in Pas Headquarters, Jalan Raja Laut, here on Thursday.

Central Pas Committee previously held a meeting on Monday however, no decision was made due to its President Tan Sri Abdul Hadi Awang being overseas.

Umno President Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi said the party would fly solo in GE15 following Pas not having a solid stance and failing to fulfill the three conditions set.

The three conditions were for Pas to leave PN, cut political ties with Bersatu and officially announce their complete departure from PN and Bersatu.
