Wetrom skips Warisan for KDM

KOTA KINABALU - Bandau assemblyman Wetrom Bahanda who was rumoured to join Warisan has now joined Parti Kesejahteraan Demokratik Masyarakat (KDM).
He was with KDM President Peter Anthony at the party's held at Hakka Hall, in Likas , here tonight.
Media had previously reported that Wetrom quit Bersatu and intended to join Warisan.
Warisan President Datuk Seri Shafie Apdal was also reported to have said that they will consider Wetrom's application without any offer for positions.
However, three days later, photos in social media went viral picture of Wetrom who was also the assistant minister to Sabah chief minister with Peter and said he had joined KDM.
Wetrom is said to be eyeing the Kota Marudu Parliamentary seat held by Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS) President Datuk Seri Dr Maximus Ongkili before Parliament was dissolved on Oct 10.
